Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At Invre, your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy is fully compliant with the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) and EU consumer protection regulations, ensuring a transparent experience for all our customers in compliance with EU regulations.

1. 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase. While the statutory period is 14 days, Invre extends this window to 30 days. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return under Italian quality standards, items must meet the following:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same "as new" condition as received.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all protective seals and labels intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is mandatory for all returns.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Shipping Fees: In accordance with standard Italian eCommerce practices, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total amount.

  • Tracked Shipping: For returns exceeding €50, we strongly recommend using a trackable service (e.g., Poste Italiane or BRT). We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Under the Italian Legal Warranty of Conformity, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact hello@invre.com immediately. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

  • Gift Cards: All digital gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery is refused or not collected from a local Italian pick-up point (Punto Poste/Locker), any return shipping fees or storage charges billed to Invre will be deducted from your final refund.
